Terms of Service

Welcome to Menutize. By accessing or using our platform, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Menutize cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

2. Payment & Subscriptions

• Free Plan: Menutize offers a Free plan with no monthly fee — including unlimited customers, invoices, estimates, and online payments. We collect a 0.5% platform fee only on payments processed through Menutize Payments (in addition to standard Stripe processing rates of 2.9% + 30¢ per online card transaction). Optional paid add-ons (Site Builder, Automations, Crew seats, AI Consultant Credits) are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time without a long-term contract.
• Legacy Plans: Customers on legacy subscriptions (created before May 1, 2026) retain their original pricing and feature set as long as the subscription remains active. Legacy customers also pay the 0.5% platform fee on payments processed through Menutize Payments (in addition to standard Stripe processing rates of 2.9% + 30¢ per online card transaction). Legacy customers may switch to the Free plan or modify their subscription at any time from Account Settings.
• Billing: The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

3. API Usage & Limits

The Menutize API is designed to facilitate agentic booking and data retrieval.

• You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access to ensure stability for all users.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Idaho. Menutize Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Idaho shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
