Is there really no monthly fee?

Correct. CRM, invoicing, estimates, and payments are free for life. No card required to start.

Do I have to use Menutize Payments?

No. You can run your CRM, send invoices, and track jobs entirely free without ever connecting Stripe. You only need Menutize Payments if you want customers to pay you online through us.

What about credit card processing fees?

Standard Stripe rates apply on payments processed through us — same as every other platform. We don't pad the subscription with extra charges.

Can I import from Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. Paste a CSV or connect their export. Customers and active jobs come over in one click.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything any time — customers, invoices, estimates, payment history. No lock-in.

Are there usage limits?

No object caps. Unlimited customers, invoices, estimates, file storage. The only thing that costs is Stripe processing (industry standard) and the four optional add-ons.

Why is the website builder a paid add-on if everything else is free?

Hosting and domains cost real money per month. We charge $39 to cover that and keep the lights on. Everything that's actually free for us to run is free for you.

Can I pay annually for a discount?

Not yet. We focused on making the per-month price honest before adding annual gymnastics. Stay tuned.
